En n\u00e5got s\u00f6tare smak f\u00e5r man om man byter ut Kesella naturell mot Kesella vanlij, eller l\u00e4gger till en tesked vaniljsocker. H\u00e4ll i ca 15 dl av mj\u00f6let och arbeta till en smidig deg. Tills\u00e4tt f\u00f6rsiktigt resten av mj\u00f6let, lite i taget och arbeta degen tills den \u00e4r smidig.<br \/>\nVar f\u00f6rsiktig s\u00e5 att du inte tar i f\u00f6r mycket mj\u00f6l, d\u00e5 kan bullarna bli lite torra. Degen ska sl\u00e4ppa fr\u00e5n bunkens kanter, men fortfarande k\u00e4nnas lite, lite kladdig.<\/p>\n<p>6. L\u00e5t saffransdegen j\u00e4sa under bakduk till ungef\u00e4r dubbel storlek i ca 45-50 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>7. Kn\u00e5da degen p\u00e5 l\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Dela den i ca 32 delar och rulla varje del till avl\u00e5nga rullar. Forma dem sedan till lussebullar genom att snurra \u00e4ndarna mot mitten.<\/p>\n<p>8. L\u00e4gg bullarna p\u00e5 ugnspl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa under bakduk i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>9. Pensla dem med \u00e4gg och garnera med russin. Gr\u00e4dda dem i 250 grader mitt i ugnen i ca 8-10 minuter.
