Den h\u00e4r \u00e4r perfekt n\u00e4r man \u00e4r m\u00e5nga. Servera exempelvis med pasta, parmesan och en saftig gr\u00f6nsallad.<\/p>\n<p>1. T\u00e4rna rotfrukter och l\u00f6k fint. Hacka vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna och t\u00e4rna fl\u00e4sket. Putsa k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n hinnor och \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt fett. Sk\u00e4r det fint i ca 1\/2 cm stora t\u00e4rningar.<\/p>\n<p>2. Hetta upp olivolja i en stor panna och fr\u00e4s f\u00f6rst rotfrukter, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k s\u00e5 att det f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en stor gryta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bryn sidfl\u00e4sket l\u00e4tt och tills\u00e4tt det. Bryn det t\u00e4rnade k\u00f6ttet, lite i taget, och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver det i grytan.<\/p>\n<p>4. R\u00f6r ner tomatpur\u00e9n i grytan och l\u00e5t den fr\u00e4sa med ett par minuter. H\u00e4ll i vin, tomater och fond samt lagerblad, timjan och oregano. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 lock och l\u00e5t sjuda p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i ca 1 timme tills k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r riktigt m\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>5.
