Koka upp vatten i en kastrull och l\u00e5t sjuda. St\u00e4ll en rostfri sk\u00e5l eller annat l\u00e4mpligt k\u00e4rl ovanp\u00e5, utan att den nuddar vattnet.<br \/>\n2. L\u00e4gg i \u00e4ggulor, finhackad f\u00e4rsk eller smulad torkad dragon och vin\u00e4ger och b\u00f6rja vispa. Vispa hela tiden och l\u00e4gg i sm\u00f6ret, lite i taget. Ha g\u00e4rna en kastrull kallt vatten i beredskap intill, f\u00f6r om s\u00e5sen ser ut att vilja sk\u00e4ra sig \u00e4r det bara att lyfta \u00f6ver sk\u00e5len dit och kyla den lite. Sedan kan du s\u00e4tta tillbaka den p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen och forts\u00e4tt vispa med mer sm\u00f6r. Vispa, vispa, vispa, tills allt sm\u00f6r g\u00e5tt \u00e5t och s\u00e5sen \u00e4r riktigt tjock. St\u00e4ll sk\u00e5len \u00e5t sidan och smaka av med pressad citron.<br \/>\n3.
