Finf\u00f6rdela j\u00e4sten i en bunke. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r, tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk och v\u00e4rm till 37\u00b0. H\u00e4ll det \u00f6ver j\u00e4sten och r\u00f6r tills den l\u00f6st sig. Blanda i saltet.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e4t upp mj\u00f6let och blanda med bakpulver. Tills\u00e4tt det och arbeta degen smidig. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa 30 min under duk.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pizzas\u00e5s: Hacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och fr\u00e4s i en kastrull med olja.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt \u00f6vriga ingredienser och koka sakta ihop s\u00e5sen ca 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svalna<\/p>\n<p>3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0. Ta upp och arbeta degen en stund p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Dela degen i tv\u00e5 delar och kavla ut degen till tv\u00e5 rektanglar ca 45&#215;25 cm. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa t\u00e4ckt med duk i 15 min.<\/p>\n<p>4. Finhacka skinkan och riv osten. Bred ut 1 1\/2 dl pizzas\u00e5s p\u00e5 varje rektangel och f\u00f6rdela skinka och riven ost j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver degen.<\/p>\n<p>Rulla f\u00f6rsiktigt ihop fr\u00e5n l\u00e5ngsidan och sk\u00e4r 12 bitar av varje.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar kl\u00e4dda med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pensla med \u00e4gg och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver oregano. Gr\u00e4dda 12-15 min, de ska ha fin f\u00e4rg n\u00e4r de \u00e4r klara.
