Sk\u00f6lj k\u00e5lbladen och sk\u00e4r dem i grova bitar.<\/p>\n<p>2. L\u00f6s upp saltet i vattnet i en stor sk\u00e5l och l\u00e4gg i k\u00e5len.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en tallrik som tyngd och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>4. H\u00e4ll bort v\u00e4tskan och sk\u00f6lj k\u00e5len noga under rinnande vatten.<\/p>\n<p>5. Skiva salladsl\u00f6k i tunna skivor eller strimla purjol\u00f6ken fint, g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<\/p>\n<p>6. R\u00f6r ihop kryddblandningen i en stor sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>7. Blanda ner k\u00e5l och l\u00f6k i kryddblandningen. Packa k\u00e5len t\u00e4tt i en stor glasburk, men inte \u00e4nda upp till kanten. L\u00e4gg eventuellt en tyngd p\u00e5 k\u00e5len, och s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ett lock.<\/p>\n<p>8. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 1 dygn p\u00e5 ett svalt st\u00e4lle och d\u00e4refter i kylsk\u00e5p minst fyra dagar.<\/p>\n<p>9. Kimchin \u00e4r klar att \u00e4tas! F\u00f6rvara i kylsk\u00e5p.
