Gnid in fisken med salt och l\u00e5t den rimma ca 2 timmar eller \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>2. Strimla pepparn och ta bort k\u00e4rnorna. Skala och strimla limeskalet tunt. Pressa ur saften.<\/p>\n<p>3. Koka upp kokosmj\u00f6lken i en kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt peppar, limesaft, smulad buljongt\u00e4rning och h\u00e4lften av limeskalet.<\/p>\n<p>4. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ca 5 minuter. Red eventuellt av med 1 tsk maizena majsst\u00e4rkelse utr\u00f6rt i lite vatten. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka ytterligare 1 min. R\u00f6r ner resten av limeskalet.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sk\u00f6lj fisken och sjud den i vatten p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme 6-8 minuter.
