R\u00f6r sm\u00f6r, socker och sirap por\u00f6st med elvisp. Vispa ner \u00e4gget. Blanda mj\u00f6l, anis, vaniljsocker och bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner i smeten. Arbeta ihop till en deg.<\/p>\n<p>2 Rulla degen till 30\u201335 stycken kulor, cirka 1,5 cm i diameter. Doppa ena sidan i str\u00f6socker och l\u00e4gg kulorna ganska glest p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tskl\u00e4dda pl\u00e5tar. Platta till kulorna l\u00e4tt med handen.<\/p>\n<p>3 Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i cirka 20 minuter, eller tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna och h\u00e5rda.
