S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175\u00b0. L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten ca 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blanda gr\u00e4dde, mj\u00f6lk, \u00e4ggulor, socker och kardemumma i en ka-strull. Sjud f\u00f6rsiktigt under omr\u00f6rning tills det precis b\u00f6rjar koka. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Ta upp gelatin\u00adbladen ur vattnet och l\u00e5t dem sm\u00e4lta i gr\u00e4ddblandningen. Sila blandningen genom en finmaskig sil. H\u00e4ll upp i portionsformar och l\u00e5t stelna i kylen ca 3 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>3. M\u00fcsli: Grovhacka pistasch- och hasseln\u00f6tter.  Blanda alla ingredienser till m\u00fcslin i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Rosta mitt i ugnen ca 10 min. R\u00f6r om och rosta ytterligare ca 5 min, tills m\u00fcslin \u00e4r gyllenbrun. L\u00e5t kallna.<\/p>\n<p>4. R\u00e5r\u00f6r hjortron med socker och v\u00e4rm i en kastrull.<\/p>\n<p>5.
