Sk\u00e4r korven i skivor. Stek den i sm\u00f6r-&amp;rapsolja i en stekpanna. Blanda couscousen med olivolja, spiskummin, persilja, citronsaft och riven vitl\u00f6ksklyfta. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Skala, k\u00e4rna ur och sk\u00e4r melonen i bitar. Dela granat\u00e4pplet och plocka f\u00f6rsiktigt ut k\u00e4rnorna. Dela tomaterna. L\u00e4gg salladen p\u00e5 tallrikar eller uppl\u00e4ggningsfat. F\u00f6rdela couscous, korv och melon. H\u00e4ll av oljan fr\u00e5n osten och spara den. Toppa salladen med granat\u00e4pplek\u00e4rnor, pistagen\u00f6tter, tomater och ost.
