Skala och hacka ingef\u00e4ran fint.<\/p>\n<p>2. Blanda samman ingef\u00e4ra, soja, vatten, stj\u00e4rnanis f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n, fem kryddor, socker och vin\u00e4ger i en ugnss\u00e4ker gryta. Pressa ned vitl\u00f6ken och v\u00e4nd ned k\u00f6ttet. St\u00e4ll in grytan i ugnen ca 2 timmar tills k\u00f6ttet blivit riktigt m\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n<p>3. Koka nudlarna enligt anvisning p\u00e5 paketet. Hacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken fint. St\u00e4ll upp grytan p\u00e5 en spisplatta. Tills\u00e4tt ytterligare 4 dl vatten och koka upp. Salta och tills\u00e4tt eventuellt mer vin\u00e4ger.
