Anv\u00e4nd en stektermometer.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa under tiden \u00e4ggvitor och str\u00f6socker till en luftig och kr\u00e4mig mar\u00e4ngsmet, men inte f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt (med vingen om du har en Kitchen Aid).<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll sedan sockerblandningen l\u00e5ngsamt i en tunn str\u00e5le \u00f6ver mar\u00e4ngsmeten och vispa i ca 10 minuter tills den k\u00e4nns vit och lite luftig.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm pistagen\u00f6tter, mandel och hela, skalade hasseln\u00f6tter i ugnen i ca 5 minuter och ta ut innan de b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Ta g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 dig diskhandskar\/eng\u00e5ngshandskar i plast f\u00f6r att skydda dig fr\u00e5n den varma massan.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt varma n\u00f6tter och mandel i smeten och r\u00f6r ner dem f\u00f6rsiktigt p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta hastighet. Blanda bara s\u00e5 att n\u00f6tterna f\u00f6rdelas j\u00e4mt i smeten.<\/p>\n<p>Pudra florsocker p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller silikonmatta.
