S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 180 grader. Rita upp en rundel med 20 \u2013 23 cm diameter p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper och l\u00e4gg det p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna med en nypa salt till en fast smet. Vispa i sockret, en tredjedel i taget, tills mar\u00e4ngsmeten \u00e4r h\u00e5rd och blank. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ned maizena, vin\u00e4ger och vanilj.<\/p>\n<p>3. Bred ut smeten i rundeln p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapperet och j\u00e4mna till ytan och kanterna. S\u00e4tt in pl\u00e5ten i ugnen och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 150 grader. Gr\u00e4dda i 1 timme och en kvart, 75 minuter.
