St\u00e4ll den p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och sm\u00f6rj den.Mal mandeln. Vispa \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum. Blanda i litet i taget av sockret under kraftig vispning. V\u00e4nd ner mandeln. Bred ut smeten i l\u00e5dan.\u00a0Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 30 min i 175 grader.\u00a0L\u00e5t kakan svalna. Lossa den fr\u00e5n formen och f\u00f6r \u00f6ver den p\u00e5 serveringsfat.\u00a0Blanda gr\u00e4dde, socker och sirap till kolasmeten\u00a0 i en tjockbottnad kastrull. L\u00e5t detta koka tills smeten blir tjock, att det bildas \u201dg\u00e5ngar\u201d n\u00e4r man r\u00f6r i den. Smaka av med vaniljsocker..L\u00e5t smeten svalna n\u00e5got. H\u00e4ll den sedan \u00f6ver mandelbottnen.\u00a0Vispa gr\u00e4dden till h\u00e5rt skum. Bred den \u00f6ver kolakr\u00e4men spritsa den g\u00e4rna i rader. Sikta till sist kakao \u00f6ver gr\u00e4dden.\u00a0Sk\u00e4r t\u00e5rtan med vass kniv i avl\u00e5nga bitar.
