Alltid sm\u00f6r, aldrig margarin.<\/p>\n<p>1. Blanda samtliga ingredienser i en degblandare.<\/p>\n<p>2. K\u00f6r degen p\u00e5 mellanv\u00e4xeln i 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u00e5t degen vila i rumstemperatur, \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt med en handduk, i 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5<\/strong>: K\u00f6p g\u00e4rna hela kardemummak\u00e4rnor och krossa dem sj\u00e4lv. F\u00e4rdigmalen kardemumma brukar inneh\u00e5lla skal och \u00e4r alldeles f\u00f6r finmald, n\u00e4stan som damm.
