{"id":341,"date":"2014-05-15T22:56:17","date_gmt":"2014-05-15T20:56:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kokbok.igu.se\/?p=341"},"modified":"2014-05-15T22:56:17","modified_gmt":"2014-05-15T20:56:17","slug":"teriyaki-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kokbok.igu.se\/?p=341","title":{"rendered":"Teriyaki salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>2 salmon fillets<br \/>\n4-5 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 lime, zest and juice<br \/>\n1 small chilli<br \/>\n2 tbsp maple syrup<br \/>\n1 fat garlic clove, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 chunk of ginger, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 sheet of egg noodles<br \/>\nbunch of coriander, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\nextra lime juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chopped chilli.<\/p>\n<p>Add the zest and juice of the lime and pour in the soy sauce. Add the maple syrup and cook for 1 minute or until reduced and sticky.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, pan-fry the two pieces of salmon for 2 minutes each side in a hot griddle pan.<\/p>\n<p>When the sauce is reduced add the salmon to the teriyaki sauce frying pan.<\/p>\n<p>Cook and drain the noodles, adding the sesame oil, seasoning and coriander and a squeeze of lime.
