Sm\u00e4lt margarinet och r\u00f6r ihop med mannagrynsblandningen till en smulig massa. Tills\u00e4tt kokosflingor, finhackad mandel samt yoghurt och r\u00f6r ihop till en deg. F\u00f6rdela degen j\u00e4mnt i en smord bakform, g\u00e4rna fyrkantig eller rektangul\u00e4r. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i mitten av ugnen i 175 grader i cirka 15 minuter.Skala under tiden mandlarna genom att koka upp dem i vatten och sedan ploppa ur dem ur skalet. N\u00e4r kakan \u00e4r klar, l\u00e4gg mandlarna snyggt \u00f6ver kakan. Tryck till lite f\u00f6rsiktigt n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 att n\u00f6tterna trycks ned lite och fastnar.
