L\u00e5t fettet rinna av ordentligt. Bryn en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta i olivolja. Tills\u00e4tt tomater och koka i 15 minuter. Smaka av med salt, peppar, lite torkad chili och 1\/2 tsk socker.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ett f\u00f6rsta lager aubergine i en smord, ugnsfast form och t\u00e4ck sedan med ett lager tomats\u00e5s. L\u00e4gg d\u00e4refter p\u00e5 ett lager mozzarellaskivor och krydda med salt, basilika samt parmesan. B\u00f6rja sedan om fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan igen och varva ingredienserna p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt.
