L\u00e5t smeten sv\u00e4lla i 10 \u2013 15 minuter. Finhacka vitl\u00f6ken och strimla chilin. Blanda ihop samtliga ingredienser till dippen. V\u00e4rm en stekpanna till medelh\u00f6g temperatur och h\u00e4ll i n\u00e5gra droppar olja jag tog d\u00e5 s\u00e4kert n\u00e5gra tsk H\u00e4ll ner ett tunt lager av smeten och l\u00e5t pannkakan steka sakta n\u00e5gra minuter, tills undersidan \u00e4r knaprig. jag stekte b\u00e5da sidorna innan jag fortsatte L\u00e4gg ner r\u00e4kor, b\u00f6ngroddar och rej\u00e4lt med koriander p\u00e5 en halvan och vik \u00f6ver den andra. Servera sedan pannkakorna isbergssalladsbladen och dippen.
