Tills\u00e4tt honung, durramj\u00f6l, bovetemj\u00f6l och salt (samt eventuellt linfr\u00f6n). Vispa ihop till en j\u00e4mn smet. Till sist tills\u00e4tter du fiberhusken och arbetar snabbt ihop det hela s\u00e5 att inga klumpar finns kvar. Arbeta g\u00e4rna degen genom att ta n\u00e5gra extra tag med vispen. L\u00e5t nu degen vila i en bunke t\u00e4ckt med plast i 2 timmar. Ta ut degen och forma den till ett br\u00f6d. Mj\u00f6la bakbordet lite l\u00e4tt om det beh\u00f6vs. L\u00e4gg br\u00f6det p\u00e5 bakpapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t, t\u00e4ck med bakduk och j\u00e4s i 1 timme.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 150 grader. Nu kan du pudra \u00f6ver lite mj\u00f6l och snitta br\u00f6det innan du gr\u00e4ddar det i mitten av ugnen i 60 minuter.
