Vispa sm\u00f6r och socker mjukt och por\u00f6st. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4gget och r\u00f6r om. I en annan sk\u00e5l blandar du samman alla torra ingredienser och h\u00e4ller sedan detta i sm\u00f6r- och sockerblandningen tillsammans med hackad mandel och tranb\u00e4r. R\u00f6r ihop s\u00e5 att allt blandas.<\/p>\n<p>Skrapa ut degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord (rismj\u00f6l g\u00e5r bra att anv\u00e4nda) och kn\u00e5da ihop till en formbar deg. Forma till rullar (s\u00e5 stora som du \u00f6nskar) och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i 175 grader i 30 minuter. Ta ut och l\u00e5t svalna i 15-20 minuter. Sk\u00e4r sedan l\u00e4ngderna p\u00e5 diagonalen med vass kniv och st\u00e4ll biscottin p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten med snittytan upp\u00e5t. Gr\u00e4dda nu klart dem i ca 10 minuter. Passa s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r lagom med f\u00e4rg.
