R\u00f6r i vetemj\u00f6l och arbeta till en j\u00e4mn och smidig deg \u2013 den \u00e4r n\u00e5got sandig i konsistensen. T\u00e4ck bunken med plastfilm och l\u00e5t vila i kylsk\u00e5pet \u00f6ver natten.<br \/>\n3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<br \/>\n4. Ta upp degen p\u00e5 bakbordet och dela i 18 lika stora bitar (ca 48 gram\/st). Anv\u00e4nd lite mj\u00f6l om det k\u00e4nns kladdigt. Rulla till bollar och l\u00e4gg dem 9 och 9 p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper (de flyter ut s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg dem inte f\u00f6r n\u00e4ra varandra). Platta till dem n\u00e5got med mj\u00f6lade h\u00e4nder.<br \/>\n5. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca 8 min.
