Smula ned j\u00e4sten i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt vattnet (kallt) och r\u00f6r tills j\u00e4sten l\u00f6st sig. H\u00e4ll i str\u00f6socker och olivolja.<br \/>\n2. Tills\u00e4tt allt vetemj\u00f6l och salt och kn\u00e5da degen i maskin i 8 minuter. Det \u00e4r en v\u00e5t och kladdig deg och ska s\u00e5 vara s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tt inte mer mj\u00f6l!<br \/>\n3. Olja in en bunke l\u00e4tt, l\u00e4gg degen d\u00e4ri, t\u00e4ck med plastfilm och j\u00e4s i 1 tim. 3. L\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en l\u00e5ngpanna, 25 x 35 cm. Tippa \u00f6ver den j\u00e4sta degen och tryck ut degen i h\u00f6rnen med fingertopparna. Spj\u00e4rnar den emot s\u00e5 l\u00e5t den vila ett par minuter med en handduk \u00f6ver sig och forts\u00e4tt sedan trycka degen ut mot kanterna med fingertopparna. T\u00e4ck med bakduk och l\u00e5tt j\u00e4sa i 30 minuter.<br \/>\n4. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Har du en pizzasten kan du med f\u00f6rdel s\u00e4tta in den i ugnen \u2013 d\u00e5 f\u00e5r focaccian lite extra k\u00e4rlek underifr\u00e5n!<br \/>\n5. Topping: Ringla olivoljan \u00f6ver focaccian och pensla ut den \u00f6ver hela degen. N\u00e4r man penslar vill man inte punktera den j\u00e4sta degen s\u00e5 pensla f\u00f6rsiktigt. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, valn\u00f6tter och smulad gorgonzola.
