Finhacka r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser f\u00f6rutom olivoljan, citronjuicen och avocadon. Smaka av med citronjuice tills du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd, blanda f\u00f6rsiktigt ner avocadon s\u00e5 att den inte mosas och avsluta med att toppa r\u00f6ran med lite olivolja. Servera med ett gott br\u00f6d, n\u00e5gra extra droppar olivolja och en liten kvist f\u00e4rsk dill.
