Vispa ihop mj\u00f6lken, \u00e4ggulorna och gr\u00e4dden och tills\u00e4tt salt, peppar och eventuellt muskot. F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i 15 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ta ut pajskalet och h\u00f6j ugnstemperaturen till 200 grader. Sprid ut l\u00f6ken i botten och str\u00f6 sedan \u00f6ver den rivna osten.
