L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra 1 timme.<\/li>\n<li>Koka risnudlarna enligt anvisning p\u00e5 paketet och spola dem i kallt vatten. R\u00f6r ner olja s\u00e5 att de inte klibbar ihop. L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Skala och sk\u00e4r morot och l\u00f6k i tunna skivor. Sk\u00e4r socker\u00e4rterna i strimlor. L\u00e4gg morot, l\u00f6k, socker\u00e4rter och b\u00f6ngroddar i en sk\u00e5l. Hacka jordn\u00f6tterna och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Stek biffarna i sm\u00f6r i en het stekpanna ca 1 minut p\u00e5 varje sida. Krydda dem med salt och peppar. L\u00e5t svalna och sk\u00e4r dem i riktigt tunna skivor.<\/li>\n<li>Sila av buljongen, h\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen och koka upp.<\/li>\n<li>Servera nudlarna i portionssk\u00e5lar och toppa med strimlade gr\u00f6nsaker, b\u00f6ngroddar, \u00f6rter och biff. Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 het buljong och toppa med jordn\u00f6tter och lime i klyftor. Vill man ha sin r\u00e4tt lite mustigare och saltare ringlar man p\u00e5 lite fisks\u00e5s.
