N\u00e4r \u00e4ggen b\u00f6rjar koagulera tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde, salt och peppar och forts\u00e4tt r\u00f6ra tills \u00e4ggr\u00f6ran \u00e4r n\u00e4stan men inte helt f\u00e4rdig.
