Tills\u00e4tt sirap och margarin. Blanda vetemj\u00f6l och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och v\u00e4nd ner i blandningen. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen och blanda v\u00e4l. H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord och br\u00f6ad springform, cirka 24 cm i diameter. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i 175\u00b0 i cirka 20 minuter. L\u00e5t kakan svalna i formen. Sm\u00e4lt nougat och choklad \u00f6ver vattenbad och bred ut \u00f6ver kakan. Garnera med hallon och\/eller bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Vispa gr\u00e4dden halvfast. Tills\u00e4tt kesella\/kvarg samt flor- och vaniljsocker. Blanda i hallonen.
