L\u00e4gg i iskallt vatten s\u00e5 den blir riktigt krispig, det tar minst 15-20 minuter. L\u00e5t sedan droppa av v\u00e4l i durkslag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medan k\u00e5len ligger i vattenbad, blanda ihop \u00f6vriga ingredienser till k\u00e5lsalladen till en dressing. L\u00e4gg den nu superkrispiga k\u00e5len p\u00e5 ett fat och ringla dressingen \u00f6ver. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banka ut skivorna med skinkinnanl\u00e5r till tunna skivor, ca 5 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salta och v\u00e4nd dem i f\u00f6rst mj\u00f6l, sen \u00e4gg och till sist pankostr\u00f6br\u00f6d. L\u00e5t g\u00e4rna ligga p\u00e5 ett galler n\u00e5gra minuter efter att du har panerat dem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hetta upp ca 1 cm olja i botten av en stekpanna. Stek tonkatsun tills de \u00e4r gyllene och frasiga p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. L\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 galler eller hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00e4r upp i skivor och servera med tonkatsus\u00e5s, dijonsenap, k\u00e5lsallad och ris.
