Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6l och citronskal. R\u00f6r till sist i citronsaften. H\u00e4ll smeten \u00f6ver bottnen och gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i cirka 15 minuter. Fyllningen skall stelna men inte bli brun. L\u00e5t kakan svalna innan den sk\u00e4rs i rutor.
